Spacious rooms with great amenities like a TV, DVD, and kitchenette. The location was ideal, close to the metro and within walking distance of various attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing assistance when needed.
The breakfast was disappointing, with low-quality food, bad coffee, and cheap utensils. The check-in process was a bit slow and the invoice process could have been smoother.

Friendly staff and excellent location. We were really surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious self-catering apartment. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a quiet street near the city center and close to the metro. Room service is available, although we opted to dine at nearby restaurants. we had a great experience and would highly recommend Mamaison Residence Izabella Budapest for a tranquil retreat after a day of sightseeing.
